Your role at Foreks:

  • Build and implement Foreks Digital’s performance marketing and digital marketing strategy for Turkey and global markets.
  • Work with the Marketing and Growth teams to develop strategic marketing campaigns including budgeting, messaging, and creative phasing
  • Lead all 360-degree digital of Foreks brands including but not limited to digital media, digital services, CRM management, website, consumer and user experience, digital technologies, and digital upskilling
  • Leading media planning of Foreks brands as well as media agency operations to ensure digital media strategy, planning, operations and optimization processes run smoothly with efficiency, effectiveness and business impact
  • Managing performance marketing operations (Adwords, Meta, Google, etc. campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creative briefing)
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the performance marketing team focusing on campaign implementation, performance, and optimizations
  • Monitor key KPIs on ongoing campaigns, proactively flagging any issues and suggesting paths for improvements
  • Partner with agencies to brief, provide materials, and supervise execution and reporting across Paid Search, Social, and Display initiatives
  • Understanding A/B testing frameworks and the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
  • Experience creating actionable customer audiences in multiple platforms to ensure reaching users who are most likely to convert.
  • Analyze competitors products, marketing campaigns and results, communicate competitive threats and opportunities.
  • Seek, test and evaluate new advertising channels, targeting and bidding methods, and automated solutions.
  • A natural comprehension of conversion funnels and customer journeys with the knowledge of what levers can be pulled for improvement, and most importantly, an understanding of how to pull them.

What we expect from you:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in paid media on campaign execution
  • Hands on experience managing major platforms (Meta, TikTok,Google and other biddable media) is required
  • A proven record executing performance marketing campaigns (paid social media, search, video, and display).
  • Experience in a metrics-driven culture, with a heavy focus on driving measured results (sales, conversions, clicks, CPC, CPA, etc.)
  • Ability to create insightful reports and deep understanding of key performance metrics for each digital marketing channel to synthesize data and draw actionable insights
  • Experience working with creative agencies, media agencies, cross-functional teams and other 3rd party companies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, social media, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and agencies.
  • Experience in FinTech sector, passion/interest in financial investment technologies will be a strong plus
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to think strategically and draw conclusions to determine strategies based on data.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads will be strong plus
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.
